RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All Sultresse orders are final sale. Because our products are personal care items worn against your hair and skin, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, we stand behind every order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. You won't need to ship anything back.
To report an issue: Email us at hello@sultresse.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 3-5 business days.
